1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from Senem Group, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Arab Republic of Egypt under Commercial Registration No. 298332 ("NURIA," "we," "us," or "our"). NURIA and NURIA Play are brands of Senem Group, LLC.

By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours, materials, and finishes may vary slightly from images on screen because of photography and display differences. Product specifications and age guidance are provided to help you choose well; please follow all guidance and safety information supplied with each product.

Products are subject to availability. We may update or withdraw products, and may limit quantities, at our discretion.

3. Pricing

• Prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and, where applicable, include VAT at the rate set by Egyptian law (currently 14%).
• We may change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place it and receive order confirmation.
• If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before processing your order and you may choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel.
• Delivery charges, where they apply, are shown before you complete your order.

4. Orders and Acceptance

• When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract is formed, only when we send you an order confirmation or dispatch your product, whichever comes first.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, if we identify a pricing error, or if we are unable to verify payment — and will refund any amount already paid.
• Please check your order details carefully before confirming.

5. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide. We do not store full card details on our systems.

6. Delivery

• We deliver to the areas shown at checkout and aim to dispatch within the timeframe stated on the product or order page.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed and work to resolve any issue.
• Risk in the product passes to you on delivery. Title passes once we have received payment in full.

7. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Your rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018 are fully preserved. Our returns, refunds, and replacement process is set out in our separate Return & Replacement Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary:

• You may return eligible products within the period and conditions described in that policy.
• Faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
• Certain items may be excluded for hygiene or safety reasons, as described in the policy.

Nothing in these Terms removes or limits any right you have that cannot be excluded under Egyptian law.

8. The Opening Chapter / Pre-Order Offers

Where a product is offered on a pre-order or launch basis (including "The Opening Chapter"):

• The expected dispatch or availability window will be shown at the time of order.
• We will keep you informed of the expected timeline and notify you of any material change.
• You may cancel a pre-order before dispatch for a full refund, unless stated otherwise at the time of order, and consistent with your statutory rights.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the NURIA and NURIA Play names, logos, product designs, packaging, photography, text, play guides, and other materials — is owned by Senem Group, LLC or its licensors and is protected by Egyptian and international intellectual-property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any of our content or brand assets for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. You may view and use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use.

10. Acceptable Use

When using our site, you agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or use it in any way that breaches Egyptian law or the rights of others.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law:

• We provide the site and products with reasonable care and skill.
• We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Egyptian law.

Your statutory consumer rights under Law No. 181 of 2018 are not affected.

12. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it under Egyptian Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version published when you place it. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts. Where an Arabic version of these Terms is published, the Arabic version controls for Egyptian-law purposes; until then, this English version applies.
